CSI takes pride in ensuring color is communicated accurately, timely and cost-effectively.

Over the past few years, CSI has absorbed increased carrier charges. Unfortunately, carrier costs continue to rise, and carriers are now charging a seasonal demand surcharge.

Starting Monday, December 2nd, 2024, CSI will increase the fuel surcharge fee for domestic freight prepay shipping to $5.00 per order.  The cost will appear in the totals section during the online checkout process.  If You Pay Shipping is selected, all users will continue to have the opportunity to enter their own FedEx, UPS or DHL billing account number.  As a friendly reminder, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient for all international shipments.  We hope the demand surcharge fees will be temporary; however, if courier transit prices continue to increase, fees may be adjusted accordingly.
